1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or engaging Top Tier Mobile Tyres (ABN 84 480 061 617) (“we”, “us”, “our”) for services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

Top Tier Mobile Tyres provides mobile tyre supply, fitting, balancing, puncture repair, and emergency roadside tyre assistance in South West Sydney and surrounding areas. Services are subject to availability, geographic coverage, and tyre stock at the time of booking.

We reserve the right to decline a service request if the location is outside our service area, if we cannot safely perform the work (e.g. unsafe roadside conditions), or if the required tyre size is unavailable.

3. Pricing & Quotes

All quotes provided are estimates based on information supplied at the time of enquiry. Final pricing may vary if the vehicle, tyre size, or service requirements differ from those described at the time of quoting.

Prices include labour for mobile fitting and balancing. Additional charges may apply for emergency after-hours callouts, tyre disposal levies, or specialist fittings (e.g. run-flat tyres, TPMS sensors).

All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.

4. Booking & Cancellation

Appointments are confirmed by telephone or email. Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. For emergency callouts, response times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, or prior callout commitments.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to circumstances beyond our control, including extreme weather, vehicle breakdown, or supply issues. We will contact you as soon as practicable in such circumstances.

5. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit/debit cards. For fleet accounts, payment terms will be set out in a separate agreement.

We reserve the right to charge a call-out fee if we attend a location and are unable to complete the service due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

6. Tyre Warranty

New tyres supplied by Top Tier Mobile Tyres carry the manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims must be directed to us in the first instance, and we will liaise with the manufacturer on your behalf.

Warranties do not cover damage resulting from road hazards, punctures, improper inflation, wheel misalignment, overloading, or any misuse of the tyre after fitting.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian Consumer Law, our liability for any claim arising from the supply of services is limited to re-performing the service or refunding the amount paid for the service.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use or non-use of our services, including but not limited to loss of income, vehicle damage pre-existing at the time of service, or delay in service delivery.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

8. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your vehicle, location, and service requirements
• Ensure the vehicle is accessible and in a safe location for the technician to work
• Be present at the time of service, or arrange for an authorised person to be present
• Not hold us liable for pre-existing vehicle damage or issues discovered during the fitting

9. Website Use

This website is provided for general information purposes. While we endeavour to keep information current and accurate, we make no warranties as to the completeness or accuracy of any content.

You must not use this website in any way that causes, or may cause, damage to the website or impairment of availability or accessibility, or in any way that is unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
